FDA To Review Safety Of Inhalable Caffeine Product
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said it will investigate whether AeroShot inhalable caffeine, sold in convenience stores, liquor stores and mom-and-pop grocery stores for $2.99 a serving, is safe for consumers. The agency also will determine whether the product, which contains B vitamins plus 100 milligrams of caffeine, legally qualifies as a dietary supplement, USA Today reported.
